Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This giveaway is conducted by Hummingbird Wedding Photography, ABN 26 549 598 479, based in Sydney, NSW, Australia (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to everyone aged 18+ in all countries.

  • Entrants must be currently engaged to their partner, or plan to propose within the next 8 weeks.

  • Entrants must complete all three (3) steps to be eligible.

3. Entry Period

Entries open at 12th December 2025/7pm AEDT and close at 29th December 2025/12pm AEDT. Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  1. Complete the giveaway entry form available at www.hummingbirdwedding.com.au/hummingbirdgiveaway.

  2. Provide accurate contact details and wedding information.

  3. (Optional) Refer another engaged couple for an additional entry.

By submitting the entry form, entrants automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions.

5. Prize

  • The prize consists of one (1) full-day wedding photography package (10 hours) valued at $4,490 AUD.

  • The package includes professional photography coverage by Hummingbird Wedding Photography and delivery of edited high-resolution images via an online gallery.

  • The prize does not include travel outside of the Sydney, Newcastle, Hunter Valley & Central Coast regions, accommodation, albums, prints, or additional services unless otherwise stated.

  • If travel or accommodation is required, additional fees may apply.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be chosen by random draw on 29/12/202 at 7pm AEDT

  • The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 1 business day of the draw.

  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

7. Claiming the Prize

  • The prize must be accepted within 14 days of notification.

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • If the winner has already booked photography with Hummingbird Wedding Photography, the booking deposit amount of $500 will be refunded.

8. Marketing & Publicity

  • By entering, participants agree that their name, wedding details, and photographs may be used by the Promoter for promotional purposes, including social media and website features.

  • Entrants agree to receive occasional marketing emails and can unsubscribe at any time.

9. Privacy

All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Data will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and communicating relevant offers.

10. General Conditions

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor affects its integrity.

  • The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook or Instagram).
